Swedish orders
Orders within Sweden are shipped for free with Earlybird and delivered to your mailbox or door. You can also choose Postnord, DB Schenker or DHL at an additional cost for delivery to your nearest service point for at cost between 29 SEK – 39 SEK. If your order weighs more than 2 kg, it will automatically be sent with Postnord to a service point as the free option. You’ll receive a notification via SMS or email when your package is ready for pickup. We process all orders within 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

International Orders
All orders within the EU & US have free shipping. International orders are shipped with UPS Standard in Europe. We use UPS Express saver outside of Europe and we charge a flat fee depending on your destination. For delivery to Australia and New Zeeland only, we ship with DHL Express. Please see Shipping cost at the checkout. You’ll receive a notification via SMS or email when your package is ready for pickup or delivery.
You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time-frame please contact info@residusofficial.com.
We handle VAT collection and payment in accordance with VOEC requirements in Norway to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Orders within the United States are duty free up to 800 USD due to the De Minimis Exception. This is because we are producing in Portugal and this rule is still valid here.
All orders within the United Kingdom are duty free up to 135 GBP due to the EU trade and cooperation agreement.
Please note that shoppers from any other country outside EU may have to pay tax or duty in the home country for the currier to be able to deliver. Please check the rules with your local tax office.
International orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 3-8 business days.
