Swedish orders

Swedish orders are shipped with Earlybird and delivered to your mailbox/door. Orders with an order value over 2000 SEK will be delivered with DB Schenker and you will pick it up at your nearest service point. A notification will be sent by sms or e-mail when your package is ready to be collected. Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

International Orders

All orders within the EU & US have free shipping. International orders are shipped with UPS Standard in Europe. We use UPS Express saver outside of Europe and we charge a flat fee depending on your destination. For delivery to Australia and New Zeeland only, we ship with
DHL Express. Please see Shipping cost at the checkout.

You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time-frame please contact [email protected].

We handle VAT collection and payment in accordance with VOEC requirements in Norway to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

All orders within the United States are duty free up to 800 USD due to the De Minimis Exception.

All orders within the United Kingdom are duty free up to 135 GBP due to the EU trade and cooperation agreement. 

Please note that shoppers from any other country outside EU may have to pay tax or duty in the home country for the currier to be able to deliver. Please check the rules with your local tax office. 

International orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 3-8 business days.
