Waist is measured at the smallest part of your waist.
Seat is measured around the widest part of your butt.
Our garments are made from soft, stretchy fabrics. Please use the measurements and your weight as a guide to choose your size. If you are between sizes, see section “Fit” under each product.

They were super nice BUT don’t expect them to be the same as the black ones. These are bigger and longer – in the same size. So I got super disappointed and did return them. Although you can’t fault the quality and make.
