Waist is measured at the smallest part of your waist.
Seat is measured around the widest part of your butt.
Our garments are made from soft, stretchy fabrics. Please use the measurements and your weight as a guide to choose your size. If you are between sizes, see section “Fit” under each product.

Honestly these pants are a bit of a disappointment. The material is very thin and the waistband are to big vertically, meaning it covers the whole waist and folds into 2 parts upon moving. Unfortunately they smelled bad as well, uncertain if it’s just chemicals or a slight hint of mold
