PRODUCTION AND MATERIAL
RESPONSIBLE EUROPEAN PRODUCTION
The factories that assemble our garments and the mills that develop our fabrics are located in Europe. This means production within a region with strong labor protections and carefully regulated chemical processes, operating under REACH regulation and OEKO-TEX certification.
It also means shorter transport distances throughout production, with garments moved by road rather than flown across the globe.
OUR SUSTAINABLE AND CERTIFIED MATERIALS
LENZINGTM ECOVEROTM fibers
Certified LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers are produced through an environmentally responsible process with lower emissions and water impact compared to conventional viscose. LENZING™ and ECOVERO™ are trademarks of Lenzing AG.
LINEN
Linen is made from flax, a natural fiber that generally requires less water than conventional cotton and limited chemical input during cultivation. It is durable, comfortable to wear, recyclable, and biodegradable.
FSC CERTIFIED fibers
The viscose fibers used in these garments are made from FSC-certified wood pulp. FSC certification helps ensure that the forests the wood comes from are managed in a way that protects biodiversity and supports local communities and workers.
TENCELTM fibers
TENCEL™ fibers are certified bio-based fibers produced in a closed-loop process, where water and solvents are largely recovered and reused. The fibers are also certified as biodegradable and compostable under appropriate conditions. TENCEL™ is a trademark of Lenzing AG.
ORGANIC COTTON
The cotton used in these garments is grown without GMOs and without synthetic pesticides or other toxic agricultural chemicals. Our organic cotton fabrics are always GOTS-certified, supporting both environmental and social standards throughout production.
GOTLAND SHEEP WOOL
In Sweden, large volumes of wool are discarded each year as a by-product. Through our Gotland Wool project, we work to make use of this existing resource. The wool is sourced from Swedish farms, spun in Denmark, and knitted in Latvia.
