Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, delivery times and costs for orders placed with Residus.
Swedish Orders
Orders within Sweden are shipped free with Early Bird, where available, and delivered to your mailbox or door.
You can also choose delivery to a service point with PostNord, DSV or DHL. The additional shipping cost is 29–39 SEK and is shown at checkout.
Orders weighing more than 2 kg are automatically sent free of charge to a PostNord service point.
Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is sent by SMS or email.
EU & International Orders
Orders to destinations within the EU include free shipping and are sent with UPS Standard. Other European orders are also sent with UPS Standard, with the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Orders outside Europe are sent with UPS Express Saver at a flat rate based on the destination. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are sent with DHL Express.
International delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance may occasionally cause delays.
Where available, you can enter an alternative daytime delivery address at checkout. Tracking information is sent by SMS or email.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Import rules differ between destinations outside the European Union.
Norway
For eligible orders to Norway, Norwegian VAT is collected at checkout under the VOEC scheme. VOEC applies to items valued below NOK 3,000 each. Orders outside the scheme may be subject to import charges.
United Kingdom
For UK orders with a total goods value of £135 or less, UK VAT is generally handled at checkout. Orders above £135 may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees.
United States
The previous US duty-free de minimis exemption for shipments valued at USD 800 or less no longer applies. Orders may therefore be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees.
Other Destinations Outside the EU
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Unclaimed Orders
Swedish Orders
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, a fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from the refund to cover return handling costs.
International Orders
If an international parcel is returned because it was not collected, a fee of €15, or the equivalent in the order currency, will be deducted from the refund.
