- Philo Top is a slightly cropped, boxy top with a wide round neckline and dramatic trumpet sleeves. It has a decorative center seam and lettuce hems at the cuffs and bottom.

The process recycles water and refuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%! - Made close to home – The factory who assembled this garment and the mill who developed the fabric are both in Portugal.
