Returns & Exchanges
Register your return, exchange or claim online within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before You Start
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have registered your withdrawal, the item should be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You may try an item on in the same way that you would in a physical store. For a full refund, please return it unworn apart from trying it on, unwashed and with its original tags attached.
- Return the item securely packaged, using the original packaging where possible.
- Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return has been completed.
- A deduction may be made if the item has been handled more than necessary and has lost value.
Make an Exchange
If you would like another size or colour, register an exchange through our returns portal and select the exchange option.
We offer one free exchange per order within the EU. Shipping costs for any additional exchange are paid by the customer.
After submitting your request, you will receive further instructions by email.

Register your return through our returns portal and select the return option. Follow the instructions provided and use the return label connected to your request.
Once your return has been received and assessed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Any applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Start a ReturnMake a Claim
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, register a claim through the returns portal rather than a standard return.
Select the claim option and attach a clear photograph showing the issue. We will contact you by email with further instructions.
There is no return shipping fee for an approved claim.

Swedish Returns
Swedish returns are sent with PostNord. A return fee of 49 SEK is deducted from the refund.
International Returns
International returns are sent with UPS. A return fee of 149 SEK, or the equivalent in the order currency, is deducted from the refund.
Original Delivery Cost
When the complete order is returned under the right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost is refunded. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after the refund has been issued may vary between payment providers.
