WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and RESIDUS considers returns to be an unsustainable cost. 

We really hope that you love your RESIDUS items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you wish to exchange it, please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods, according to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59). In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

The returned items must be unused with the hang tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please read “How to make a claim” below.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for exchanges. Please follow the steps and don’t forget to choose the exchange tab at the top.

When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.

Please note the following:

We offer a one (1) time free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You are entitled to a full refund of the purchased item(s), if the product(s) is in the exact same condition as you received them. Please note that if the product(s) has lost its value due to your handling of the product(s) to a greater extent than it is necessary to determine its characteristics or functions, you will be obliged to reimburse us. Thus, in order for you to get a full refund, please make sure that the item(s) is in the same condition as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

Please note the following:

We have FREE returns within Sweden when your order is over 500 SEK. If your order is under 500 SEK or International the return cost will be deducted from your order.

Swedish returns under 500 SEK: Postnord – 49 SEK
International returns: UPS – 149 SEK 

We offer a one (1) time free return per order. If you wish to make a second return on the same order number, we will not cover the shipping costs.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entierly (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please click here and follow the steps on our service to make a claim. Don’t forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top.

When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a seperate email with further shipping instructions.
